Recruiting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
• Manage and lead the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create targeted hiring plans.
• Maintain and improve applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Establish strong talent pipelines through networking, job fairs, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and hiring best practices.
• Build employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence and attract top talent.
• Prepare recruitment reports and present hiring updates to management.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Prior experience in leading a recruitment team or managing end-to-end hiring.
• Experience using ATS systems, job portals, and sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Leadership qualities and team management skills.
• Strong focus on results, deadlines, and quality of hire.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
