About the role As a Recruiting Coordinator at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in our high-volume and fast-paced environment by efficiently scheduling interviews and providing a world-class candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include scheduling both virtual and in-person interviews for various technical and non-technical roles across the company. You will collaborate with recruiting teams across North America, Europe, and Australia, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks will be essential in delivering a seamless interview process. Utilizing data as a guide, you will navigate our applicant tracking system and ticketing tools to streamline the recruitment process.
