Role Overview: As a Recruiting Analyst at Accenture, your main responsibility will be to recruit candidates with end-to-end recruitment experience in domestic and international markets. You will be tasked with assessing current and future talent needs, identifying mission-critical workforces, understanding key workforce skills and competencies, and addressing talent gaps.
