Detailed JD - Responsible for end-to-end recruitment to fill approved open positions. Collaborate with business, sourcing organization, hiring managers, HR and recruitment- Good Communication Skills (verbal and written)- Exposure to Stakeholder management- Experience in recruiting operations role (Interview scheduling activities, Offer preparation, vendor coordination, candidate coordination, Onboarding and Day 1 formalities)- Must be flexible to work in shifts and mandatory RTO.
Shift time - 5pm to 2.30am WFH/WFO/Hybrid- Hybrid
