We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources operations, including recruitment, payroll, attendance management, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will ensure that HR initiatives support the companys overall business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work culture. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee all HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation securely. Talent Acquisition & Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Create and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs. Payroll & Attendance: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, taxes, PF/ESIC, and other statutory contributions. Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift schedules through HRMS. Resolve queries related to salary, benefits, deductions, and reimbursements. Performance & Employee Development: Implement performance appraisal systems and career development plans. Identify training needs and arrange skill-building programs. Support succession planning and talent retention strategies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (3 years minimum) in HR operations, payroll, and recruitment. Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices. Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll software. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
