Job Description

Source candidates (quality managers, nurses, infection control staff, etc.) for consultancy projects. Understand project requirements and accreditation standards. Maintain a database of qualified personnel. Conduct interviews and preliminary evaluations. Coordinate onboarding and documentation. Communicate regularly with hospital stakeholders. Qualifications:Graduate (preferably in HR, Healthcare Administration, or similar). Experience in recruitment (especially in healthcare) preferred. Understanding of NABH/NABL standards is a plus. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel if needed (preferred, not mandatory). Compensation: Commission per successful hire (negotiable). Performance bonuses.
