Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will play a key role in the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent who align with our company's culture and business needs. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any stream, Human Resources, or a related field, or relevant experience. Proven experience as an in-house recruiter is required, along with strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and the local language, as well as good knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook Express, is also necessary. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must. Your responsibilities will include partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, managing the full recruitment process, maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience, tracking recruitment metrics, staying informed on industry trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is a permanent role located in Mumbai with MRK FOODS PVT LTD.
