Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Analyst to join our HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to attract top tech talent for our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT roles and a passion for matching the right candidates with the right opportunities. Job Specific Roles & Responsibilities Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and prepare job descriptions accordingly. Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.). Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability. Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout. Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and candidate databases. Enhance employer branding through social media and outreach initiatives. Provide excellent candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-7 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment. Specialist with common IT roles (e.g., software developer, QA engineer, DevOps, etc.). Strong sourcing and networking skills using LinkedIn and job portals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience in campus hiring and bulk hiring. Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance. Certifications in HR or recruitment tools/platforms.
