Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions across all layers of the application stack. Have a good understanding of SOLID design principles and application for Design patterns. Have experience developing Microservices/Micro frontend. Have experience developing cloud and/or mobile applications. Have experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or equivalent. Have experience with continuous delivery practices. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2-8 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proficiency in web front-end frameworks like ReactJS and Java Script. Experience with the following Dot net technologies: Dot Net Core, Web API, MVC, MQ, and SQL Server. Familiarity with one or more NoSQL technologies like MongoDB/DynamoDB/Redis/Cassandra. Familiarity with Agile delivery environment. Experience with unit test automation with frameworks like Nunit, Moq, or equivalent frameworks. Understanding of SOLID design principles and application for Design patterns. Provide excellent candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-7 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment. Specialist with common IT roles (e.g., software developer, QA engineer, DevOps, etc.). Strong sourcing and networking skills using LinkedIn and job portals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience in campus hiring and bulk hiring. Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance. Certifications in HR or recruitment tools/platforms.
