We strive to take payments beyond an enabler and an instrument to drive revenue and user growth for our merchants. Online Payment Gateway is Paytm’s B2B Business regulated by RBI as it allows only authorized entities to conduct PA PG (Payment Aggregator Payment Gateway) business. This team is responsible for growing the penetration of Paytm’s PA PG business in the Indian merchants.

The Role: Recruitment Specialist

Join our HR team at PPSL and lead end-to-end hiring for key business roles. From sourcing to onboarding, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of fintech talent in India.

What You’ll Own:

• Drive full-cycle hiring: source, screen, evaluate, and onboard top talent
• Build deep partnerships with business leaders and HRBPs
• Use data and dashboards to track hiring metrics (cost per hire, TAT, offer-to-join, source mix)
• Elevate the candidate experience while ensuring stakeholder delight
• Champion our EVP and boost referral/branding programs
• Create hiring scorecards, market maps, and competitor intelligence
• Bring process excellence in recruitment operations

What Makes You a Fit:

• 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong focus on sales/business roles
• Strong grip on recruitment analytics, hiring funnels & sourcing strategies
• Experience with ATS or HRIS tools and employer branding initiatives
• Problem-solver with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
