Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. Stay updated with current recruiting trends and best practices. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
