StarGlazze Film and Television Academy offers comprehensive full-time and part-time programs in Acting, Modelling, Cinematography, Film Direction, Film Making, Photography, Video Editing, and Sound Engineering. These programs are designed to meet the high standards of Bollywood and the international film industry. In addition, StarGlazze offers Short Screen Acting courses for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, covering various industry needs, including Accent training, Presenting to Camera, and Improvisation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role located in Pune. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the organization. Daily tasks include creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads to determine hiring needs. The Recruiter will also ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain records related to recruitment.

Qualifications

Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create job descriptions and post job ads
Knowledge of recruitment tools and software
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with the film and television industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
