Non-IT Recruiter (Part-Time / Remote / Work from Home)

Are you looking to earn extra income working from the comfort of your home? Do you have experience sourcing candidates for non-IT roles across diverse industries like manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and engineering? If yes, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Requirements:

  • You own a laptop, work from home office set-up, and have a reliable internet connection.
  • You can dedicate

    2–3 hours per day

    to sourcing and submitting qualified candidates.
  • You have access to sourcing platforms such as

    CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, Ceipal, or JobDiva

  • You have experience making

    2–3 quality submissions per day

    for niche and specialized roles.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of job requirements and ability to submit qualified profiles in a timely manner.
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment across

    W2, C2C, and 1099

    hiring models.
  • Skilled in sourcing through headhunting, networking, referrals, job boards, and resume databases.
  • Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools.
  • Proficient in communicating roles and engaging passive candidates with compelling messaging.
  • Must be able to work during

    U.S. Central or Eastern time zone

    hours.

  • Track record of building long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
  • Familiarity with structured interview techniques and best practices.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements and source matching candidates.
  • Screen and qualify candidates through calls and interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Follow through until final placement and onboarding.
  • Maintain records and update the applicant tracking system as needed.
