They aim to provide the highest-quality candidate experience and leverage data-driven storytelling to influence the business effectively. What you'll do: As a consultative and creative recruiter at Stripe, you will be responsible for growing and scaling the Business & Core teams in APAC. Your role will involve owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. You are expected to be a builder who thrives in a learning environment, willing to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for process iteration. Responsibilities: - Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to achieve headcount goals. - Collaborate closely with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress. - Build cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance, and others to scale hiring across Stripe. - Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and employee referral channels. - Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes. Who you are: We are looking for someone who meets the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role: Minimum Requirements: - 12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred). - Experience in partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process and acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor. - Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization and thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility. - Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines. - An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving, enjoying making sense of trends and using insights to enhance processes. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally. In-office expectations: Stripes in most locations are expected to spend at least 50% of their time in a given month in their local office or with users. The in-office expectations may vary depending on the role, team, and location. Some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements to support users and workflows effectively. This approach aims to balance in-person collaboration and learning while allowing flexibility where possible.,
