Key Responsibilities:

Drive
aggressive hiring
of:
Tele Sales Executives
Backend Operations Staff
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
– sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.
Use
job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp hiring groups
, and
referral programs
to generate leads.
Maintain
daily hiring reports, candidate databases
, and
pipeline dashboards
.
Coordinate
walk-in drives
,
telephonic interviews
, and
quick onboarding
.
Work closely with team leads to
understand headcount targets and close positions fast
.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in
bulk or volume hiring
(sales or operations roles preferred).
Strong knowledge of
tele-sales and backend hiring
processes.
Must be
target-driven
, proactive, and excellent in follow-ups.
Experience using
Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
