Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and assessments, to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Focus on hiring diverse talent, ensuring representation across gender, ethnicity, abilities, and backgrounds to support client DEI objectives( Mandatory).
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment life-cycle.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends, DEI best practices, market insights, and recruitment innovations to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
