Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and procedures
  • Supervise and mentor the recruitment team
  • Track and report key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire)
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

  • Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners
  • Promote employer branding through social media and other channels
