Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring the right talent to meet the business requirements while ensuring a positive employer brand experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. Your role will involve full life-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles, with a focus on hiring for Digital skills like JVA JFS, Java BED, SDET, etc. You will also be handling volume hiring, daily reporting, and developing sourcing strategies to attract top candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's hiring needs and dynamics - Act as a consultant in the hiring processes and identify, engage, and secure top candidates - Develop sourcing strategies and research methods to attract viable candidates for specific requisitions - Work closely with recruiting coordinators and sourcing teams to smoothly move candidates through the interview process - Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates - Provide excellent customer service to hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates Qualifications Required: - 5 to 9 years of experience in technical recruitment - Expertise in technical recruitment, specifically in Digital skills - Experience in handling volume hiring and daily reporting - Very good communication skills (4 out of 5) and good data management skills Additional Details: We are looking for candidates who can join immediately.
