The role requires sourcing and hiring the right talent as per the business requirements, ensuring a positive employer brand experience for candidates. You should have 5 to 9 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles. Expertise in Technical recruitment and prior experience in hiring for Digital skills like JVA JFS, Java BED, SDET, etc. is necessary. Experience in handling volume hiring and daily reporting is also expected. Having very good communication skills (4 out of 5) and good data management skills are essential. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their teams" hiring needs and dynamics, acting as a consultant in the hiring processes. Your role will involve identifying, engaging, and securing top candidates, both passive and active, and developing successful sourcing strategies and research methods. As the search expert for functional areas, you should understand functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements. Collaborating with recruiting coordinators and sourcing teams to smoothly move candidates through the interview process is key. Negotiating potential offers and successfully closing candidates will be part of your responsibilities.
