Recruiter- IT/Non IT

Role Overview: As a Recruiter- IT/Non IT at IMS Decimal, you will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process for both IT and non-IT positions. Your main tasks will include candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and overseeing the offer process. This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad.
