Recruiter- IT/Non IT

Role Overview: You will be joining IMS Decimal as a full-time on-site Recruiter- IT/Non IT, where your primary responsibility will be to manage the full-life cycle recruiting process for both IT and non-IT positions. This role is located in Ahmedabad and will involve tasks such as candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and overseeing the offer process.
