Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles in public sector organizations Pan-India.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various tools and networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding processes.
Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure recruitment compliance with public sector policies.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and government hiring guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

2 to 4 years of recruiting experience covering IT and Non-IT positions for public sector clients.
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of public sector hiring practices across India.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work from office in Somajiguda, Hyderabad (Full-time, 5 days a week).
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple positions simultaneously.
