About the Role:-

Staffbank Outsourcing Solutions is expanding our global recruitment team and is looking to hire multiple recruiters at all levels—from freshers to experienced and senior recruiters.

We specialise in IT recruitment for the US market and Healthcare recruitment across Canada, the EU, the Middle East, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. As a recruiter with Staffbank, you will connect top talent with international employers, build strong candidate relationships, and support the full hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Source candidates using job boards, databases, and social media platforms.
• Screen, assess, and interview applicants.
• Manage candidate pipelines and conduct reference checks.
• Build long-term candidate relationships and act as their main point of contact.
• Promote Staffbank as a trusted global recruitment partner.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Recruitment experience (0–6+ years) – IT or Healthcare domains.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet goals.
