Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Source candidates using job boards, databases, and social media platforms. Screen, assess, and interview applicants. Manage candidate pipelines and conduct reference checks. Build long-term candidate relationships and act as their main point of contact.
