Recruiter Intern

We are hiring a Recruiting Intern to support the Human Resources team in end-to-end recruitment. This internship offers valuable exposure to HR operations, hiring workflows, and talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting jobs on job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
• Follow up with candidates for documentation and onboarding.
• Support in recruitment for internal and client projects.
• Help maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA (HR) students or recent graduates preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
