Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in New Delhi. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job positions. The Recruiter will manage job postings, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth recruiting process. Additionally, the Recruiter will maintain candidate databases and build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to meet staffing needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Sourcing and Screening Candidates, Interviewing Skills are required
• Experience in Managing Job Postings and Coordinating with Hiring Managers
• Must have Local from Patna or Relocate
• Understanding of the Full life cycle of Recruitment Processes
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting Software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

• Must have their own laptop for work
