Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Sikar. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the institution's hiring needs. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department heads, managing job postings, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring onboarding processes are effectively executed. The role also involves contributing to employee engagement strategies and maintaining compliance with recruitment policies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, job postings, and interviewing techniques
• Experience in utilizing recruitment software or applicant tracking systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in an educational institution or similar industry is an added advantage
