Job Description

The role of the Recruiter is crucial in maintaining Service Excellence throughout the recruitment process. As a Recruiter, you will represent the client's brand and focus on delivering top-tier talent while ensuring proactive and timely communication regarding the search progress. Your expertise in talent acquisition will be pivotal as you provide consultative guidance and industry insights to hiring leaders. Specifically, this position is based in Worli, Vadodra, and Talegaon, and requires 3-4 years of Non-IT recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on on-site stakeholder management, preferably within the Manufacturing/Automobile Industry. The work setup is based on a five-day office schedule. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, assessing candidates through the Applicant Tracking System, and developing recruitment marketing strategies. You will leverage various sourcing techniques, including resume databases and networking sites, to identify potential candidates. Engaging with talent communities through multiple channels and guiding candidates through the interview process will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating candidate qualifications, conducting phone interviews, and managing skills assessments. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in influencing hiring decisions by maintaining candidate engagement, partnering with hiring leaders to determine offer details, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Your commitment to service excellence will be showcased through strict adherence to all regulations, delivering a strong candidate slate, and providing regular reporting on recruiting activities. To qualify for this role, you should possess a high school diploma, while a Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is preferred. You must have a minimum of two years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting, along with proficiency in recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools. Additionally, you should be well-versed in Boolean search techniques, Microsoft Office applications, and have a good understanding of Human Resources principles related to talent acquisition. Overall, as a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent, engaging with candidates, and influencing hiring decisions while upholding service excellence standards throughout the recruitment process.,
