Job Summary:

Recruiter Bulk Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
bulk hiring / mass hiring
for multiple open positions
End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management
Sourcing through
Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals
Resume screening and candidate shortlisting
Interview coordination and follow-ups
Offer rollout and joining follow-up
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring tracker
Achieve hiring targets within TAT

Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months experience in bulk / volume hiring
Good communication skills
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Target-driven and ability to work under pressure
