Job Description

Role & responsibilities

international customer queries via chat

  • Handle customer queries through

    live chat

    for international customers
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Understand customer issues and offer basic troubleshooting or solutions
  • Maintain

    professional, polite, and clear communication

    at all times
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required
  • Maintain chat quality, response time, and customer satisfaction standards
  • Update customer details and interaction notes in the system

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any graduate / undergraduate (as per company policy)
  • Good

    English written communication skills

  • Basic typing skills
  • Willingness to work in

    rotational shifts / night shifts

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Handle

    multiple international chat conversations

    simultaneously
  • Resolve complex customer issues with minimal escalation
  • Provide product/service guidance and upsell where applicable
  • Maintain high

    CSAT, AHT, and quality scores

  • Identify recurring issues and share insights with the team
  • Mentor or support freshers when required
  • Ensure compliance with process guidelines and data security standards
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of interactions
