Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (C2H & Permanent hiring)
Proactively source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, references, and database
Work on niche IT skills such as SAP, Oracle, Cloud, ERP, Java, Full Stack, .NET, DevOps, C++, etc.
Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up till offer closure
Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database
Ensure good offer-to-joiner ratio
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports

Eligibility Criteria:

1-3 years of experience in IT Recruitment (Consultancy preferred)
Minimum 1 year of C2H hiring experience (Mandatory)Proactive sourcing exp .
Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
Good communication and stakeholder management
Must have Laptop & stable WiFi connection
