Recruiter Trainees

Tenure & Compensation

• Initial Period:

  3 months (Stipend-based Traineeship)

• Post Confirmation:

  Full-time employment with fixed salary + incentives (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
• Assist in offer rollouts and joining formalities.
  
• Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and quality standards.
  
• Prepare recruitment reports and MIS as required.
  
• Learn and follow ACRO HRs recruitment processes and compliance guidelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred).
  
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience can apply.
  
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  
• Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle is an added advantage.
  
• Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and result-oriented mindset.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, ATS exposure is a plus).
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of profiles sourced and screened.
  
• Interview coordination and closure support.
  
• Candidate quality and client feedback.
  
• Attendance, discipline, and learning progress during the trainee period.
  

Confirmation Criteria (After 3 Months)

• Consistent performance during the training period.
  
• Meeting defined recruitment KPIs.
  
• Professional conduct and adherence to company policies.
  
• Management approval based on performance review.
