The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience in collections, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility Handle collections for assigned areas and achieve targets on parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates. Ensure NPA''s are within assigned budgets and minimize them through active efforts. Increase fee income/revenue and control vendor payouts. Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI/Section 9 process through court receivers. Track and control delinquency, focusing on non-starters. Build relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections and monitor defaulting customers.
