Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Record to Report (R2R)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in
journal entries
preparation and posting.
Support
month-end and year-end closing activities
.
Perform
account reconciliations
(bank, intercompany, balance sheet accounts).
Ensure compliance with
accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
and internal policies.
Assist in preparation of
financial statements and reports
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, FP&A).
Identify and report discrepancies or variances in financial data.
Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of
basic accounting principles
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in
Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to
1 year of experience
in accounting/finance.
