Key Responsibilities:
o
Oversee end-to-end R2R operations including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, IFRS reporting, Bank reconciliation and compliance.
o
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to SLAs across client accounts.
o
Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
o
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
o
Handle client engagements simultaneously, ensuring consistent delivery and governance.
o
Provide regular updates, dashboards, and performance reviews to senior stakeholders.
o
Lead, mentor, and develop large teams across multiple processes and geographies.
o
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
o
Manage workforce planning, training, and career development initiatives.
o
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
o
Implement internal controls and governance frameworks to mitigate risks.
o
Coordinate with auditors and ensure readiness for internal/external reviews.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.
Partner with technology teams to implement tools and solutions that enhance efficiency.
Drive change management initiatives to align operations with evolving client needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CA/CPA/MBA preferred).
10+ years of BPO experience with a strong focus on finance operations and R2R processes.
Proven track record of managing multiple clients and complex processes simultaneously.
Strong people management skills, with experience leading large, diverse teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
Expertise in ERP systems (SAP (Must)) and BPO tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
