Individuals would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsYou will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations in their operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with SOX and other control requirements. International accounting standards guide the reporting of various transactions and events in financial statements. The Record to Report Team is responsible for general accounting, month end close and reporting performing SOX and other operational controls. This role requires a solid understanding of general ledger accounting, month end close and reporting activities.
What are we looking for

Qualification- Bachelor of Commerce, Chartered Accountant desirableYears Of Experience- 10 to 14 years

Ability to perform under pressure

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Problem Solving and Decision Making

Team Interaction and Leadership

Engage in monthly discussions with team members about performance, coaching, feedback, training needs, and career development

Monitor and drive team performance, ensuring throughput and quality meet defined metricsCertifications - Relevant certifications may be required or advantageous for this rolePlease note that this role may require working in rotational shifts
Roles and Responsibilities:

Posting journal entries, preparing reports, Reviewing entries and reconciliations

Supporting month-end closing activities including banking, fixed assets and intercompany accounting

Preparing balance sheet reconciliations

Preparing cash forecasting statements

Supporting audit processes
