What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. It is essential for financial transparency and accountability. keyword includes:-(Fixed asset,Amortization,Depreciation,Accruals,Finacial Consolidation,Account recon/ bank,Treasury,Finanacial reporting standardfinancial analysis,SOX)Implementation of gen. ledger processes including yearend closing, journalizing. Preferably should have hands on working experience in Oracle/Workday/ SAP

Good interpersonal skills.

Good PC application skills and knowledge of computerised accounting systems.

Ability to work under pressure & flexibility to meet demanding deadlines essential.

Flexible to work in any 9-hour shift

Assist in the monthly and quarterly financial close processes, ensuring timely submission of data.

Prepare and post basic journal entries (accruals, prepayments, reclassifications, etc.).

Perform account reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.

Support the consolidation of financial results from multiple business units or entities.

Validate intercompany transactions and help resolve mismatches.

Assist in preparing consolidation worksheets and working files.

Review financial data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.

Collaborate with internal teams (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Operations) to collect required inputs for period close.

Support preparation of management reports, variance analyses, and schedules as required.

Assist in maintaining documentation for audit, including reconciliation files, close schedules, and control evidence.

Participate in process improvement initiatives related to close and consolidation efficiency.
