Role & responsibilities

• Perform daily and periodic reconciliation of mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, dividend distributions, and corporate actions across multiple platforms (custodian, transfer agent, internal ledger
• Work closely with custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, and other stakeholders to clarify issues and ensure alignment of records.
• Support the accurate calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV) by ensuring reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing activities related to fund accounting reconciliations.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of reconciliation processes.
