Receptionist/HR Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum HR. This dual role will be the first point of contact and provide essential administrative and human resources support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a keen interest in learning HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk, greeting visitors, and handling calls and inquiries.
• Manage mail, deliveries, and assist with scheduling and meeting coordination.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employee records and onboarding support.
• Support recruitment activities like job postings and interview scheduling.
• Assist in organizing HR-related events and preparing basic reports.
• Handle basic employee HR queries.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in a front-office, administrative, or HR support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
