Job Description

As a Front Desk Coordinator at our company, your role will involve providing general front desk coverage which includes greeting guests, answering and directing incoming calls, maintaining supplies and reception area appearance, as well as handling mail distribution. You will also be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties in support of the Human Resources department. It is crucial for you to have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Your role will be diverse, requiring you to multitask, take independent initiative, properly organize, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities effectively. Embracing a strong customer service mentality and functioning with a high degree of professionalism are essential in this role.
