Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and will be responsible for providing administrative support across the organization. A pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and a customer-service orientation are essential. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure it is presentable at all times. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, couriers, and posts. Schedule and manage meeting rooms and appointments as needed. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges). Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations. Order and manage office supplies inventory. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,708.58 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
