We are looking for a confident, smart, and enthusiastic Female Academic Counsellor cum Receptionist who can guide students, manage front-desk operations, and support overall office activities with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide prospective students about our courses
• Drive student admissions & follow-up with leads
• Assist students in planning their career path
• Manage incoming calls and resolve queries
• Maintain student data and office records
• Communicate with students and trainers via phone, email, and messages
• Handle client queries professionally
• Convert potential project leads
• Oversee classroom arrangements and infrastructure
• Coordinate housekeeping and basic administrative tasks
• Communicate with vendors when needed
• Support other office-related projects
• Willing to work on holidays if required (compensatory rules apply)

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication & convincing skills (Bengali, Hindi, English)
• Smart, pleasant, and confident personality
• Highly motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to manage daily office tasks efficiently
• Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel (Google Docs/Sheets is a plus)
• Good administrative and organizational abilities
• Basic petty cash handling
• Internet-savvy and quick learner
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only
• Graduate in any discipline
• Age: 24–30 years
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English & Bengali
