Need experienced/fresher, efficient and vibrant female receptionists needed for a well known cosmetology clinic.
Her roles in the front are the following.Dealing with the patient and bystanders in a calm and quiet and pleasant way. On call dealing with the patients. Their data collection, medicine dispensing, billing, briefing about medicine, treatment and post procedure care etc... Correct follow ups through call and messages. Appointments, timing and reporting to duty doctor. front desk cash and account dealing.
