· Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases, introduce them to real estate offerings, and gauge their interest.
· Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, availability, and benefits to potential buyers/renters.
· Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to qualify leads and direct them to appropriate property options.
· : Schedule site visits, meetings, or calls with the sales team for qualified leads.
· Consistently follow up with prospects who have shown interest in properties, track their status, and assist in the sales process as needed.
· : Update customer information and lead status in CRM or other company systems.
· : Provide necessary support to the sales team by generating leads, answering queries, and facilitating conversions.
· Address client queries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and building positive relationships.
