Job Description

We are looking for a smart and responsible Receptionist who can efficiently handle front desk operations, inventory management, stock records, and client coordination. The candidate will be based full-time at our warehouse office and will assist in overall administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception desk – attend calls, handle client visits, and maintain visitor records.
  • Assist in inventory & stock management – update inward/outward stock details and maintain records.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports, billing, and documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth functioning of warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in office administration, inventory, or receptionist role.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email communication).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Must be reliable, organized, and willing to work full-time from warehouse location.

Salary: As per experience and performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,450.42 - ₹15,964.00 per month
