Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all front-desk operations and office coordination
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm, courteous, and helpful attitude
  • Manage daily reception activities and basic administrative tasks
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and assist with follow-ups
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is tidy, organised, and welcoming
  • Support communication and coordination between internal teams and departments
  • Assist with PA-related tasks including:
  • Meeting coordination and calendar management
  • Travel bookings and basic itinerary coordination
  • Attendance system management and basic record-keeping
  • Follow-ups and reminders as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
