Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional front desk receptionist to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, possess confidence, and maintain a polished appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.

· Ensure a positive first impression by maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanour.

· Handle and respond to day-to-day client queries via phone, email, or in person.

· Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel when necessary.

· Assist clients and visitors in managing their meetings with designated staff members.

· Notify team members of guest arrivals and ensure timely coordination of appointments.

· Make travel bookings and arrangements for staff, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

· Coordinate itineraries and provide necessary travel documents.

· Assist the team in organising and supporting company events, meetings, and conferences.

· Provide logistical and administrative support as needed.

· Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

· Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

· Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Effective client management techniques.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
