Job Description

* Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner. * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed. * Manage and coordinate scheduling, including meeting rooms and appointments. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. * Maintain and update contact lists and records. * Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. * Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized. * Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
