Experience required - 1 - 3 years

Location: -Greater Noida, U.P

Education: - Any Graduation from recognized university

Key Skills: - Guest and Customer Handling, Soft Calling, Office Administration

#Job Description: -

1. Greet and welcome guests, employees, and clients in a professional manner

2. Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly

3. Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and manage front office

4. Coordinate meeting room bookings and notify hosts about visitor arrivals

5. Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area

6. Provide support in daily office administration tasks when required.

7. End-to-end recruitment for staff – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.

Must have knowledge about: -

Ø Experienced must have Electronics/Mobile manufacturing Industry.

Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Proficiency in using MS Excel and other computer skills
