Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist for a Travel Company Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our travel agency in west Delhi. The ideal candidate is excellent at calling clients, managing multiple leads daily, and providing exceptional customer service. Strong English communication skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks, data, and Excel sheets are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Calls

  • Make daily outbound calls to multiple leads and clients for follow-ups, confirmations, and inquiries.
  • Handle high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing clear, helpful, and friendly communication.
  • Assist clients with information about travel packages, services, and promotions.

Follow-Up & Lead Management

  • Maintain detailed follow-up lists and track client responses.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into bookings.
  • Update CRM systems or internal databases with call outcomes, lead status, and client information.

Front Desk & Reception Duties

  • Welcome walk-in clients, answer questions, and guide them through the booking process.
  • Manage appointments and coordinate schedules for the travel consultants.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

Administrative & Data Handling

  • Create and maintain organized Excel sheets for records, client data, bookings, and follow-up logs.
  • Update, sort, and manage data in spreadsheets and other systems.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management based on client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Handle email correspondence, documentation, filing, and general office duties.

Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Strong phone-handling abilities and confidence in daily high-volume calling.
  • Ability to create, update, and manage Excel sheets (basic to intermediate level).
  • Experience with data entry, office administration, or customer service (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
